Working Principle:

The sealing wire with a container hanged at the end enwinds on the barrel. When the motor drives the barrel to roll, the container is lifted and lowered through the friction between the wire and the barrel; the electric transmission controls the speed; the disc brake works through hydraulic pressure and the electric control.
