1.The reducers of this series adopt planetary gears for transmission, including single-stage transmission (ZZD), double-stage transmission (ZZL), triple transmission (ZZS), single-stage derivation transmission (ZZDP) and double-stage derivation transmission.

2.Both sun and planetary gears are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches at least the sixth level of GB/T10095 after being grinded through carburizing and quenching heat treatment. Inner gear rings’ accuracy reaches seventh level of GB/T10095 after thermal refining.

3.Assure the uniform loading of planetary gears by adopting floating components and crowned-teeth coupler.

4.Service life ≥ 10 years.
